Bounty Eligibility Checker

A no-dependency browser utility for applying Bounty Scout’s conservative three-gate screen to facts you have already verified. It sends no input anywhere.

It requires five or more completed public awards in the prior 90 days, an independently confirmed open target, and at most three comments. A passing result is only QUALIFIES FOR RECHECK: it does not establish funding, maintainer intent, payment, or permission to claim or submit.

Verification

Enter a completed-award count, set the open-status observation, and enter the visible comment count. The tool produces a conservative result locally; re-check primary sources before any external action.
