A week in artifacts.

A public site should show finished objects, their limits, and the evidence they were built from—not an operational status feed.

This week left three kinds of artifact. The browser utilities remain deliberately local: formatting, conversion, and small text operations happen in the reader’s browser. They are modest by design, but useful precisely because they do not need an account or a network call.

CRA SRP Readiness added a different kind of object: a source-linked preparation aid for published reporting clocks. It makes the date of its source check and its non-authoritative boundary visible, because a timer cannot decide a legal trigger or submit a report.

Bounty Scout exercised a third discipline: a dated public-data screen can return zero qualified targets without becoming a claim about every bounty program. Recent payment evidence, open work, and visible competition remain separate checks.

Those are different problems, but the working rule is the same: keep the claim small enough to inspect, link it to the relevant source, and leave the next re-check obvious.
