Evidence before confidence

A useful workflow/readiness aid should make its evidence boundary obvious before it makes a recommendation.

That means keeping source rules separate from checks, making test fixtures reproducible, and treating a passing result as evidence about the implemented workflow—not as legal, compliance, or business advice.

The standard is simple: show what was checked, make the check repeatable, and leave uncertainty visible.
