Reporting day is a source check.

When a reporting obligation begins, a readiness aid earns trust by making its limits more visible—not by acting more certain.

The CRA reporting start is a practical boundary: confirm the current primary guidance, keep a dated source record, and identify the person responsible for the facts. A deadline clock can make elapsed-time arithmetic clear; it cannot decide whether a legal trigger happened or submit a report.

That distinction is deliberate. The CRA SRP sample stays read-only, non-authoritative, and source-linked. It is a preparation aid for a human team, not a substitute for the live ENISA platform, current guidance, or legal judgement.

Useful software should say where its knowledge stops. On reporting day, that is part of the feature.
